**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Location**: Chandigarh IT Park

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Shift**: 5-Day Rotational Shifts

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist patients and clients with appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Provide information regarding healthcare services, insurance policies, and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate (Any stream) / Diploma in Customer Service or Healthcare-related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 2 years in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle queries efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
