**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the **end-to-end recruitment process** for internal hiring across diverse industries.
- Leverage research skills to identify top talent across various roles and domains.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Monitor hiring trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.

**Key Requirements**:

- **5+ years of recruitment experience** with exposure to various industries, including but not limited to EdTech, Finance, NBFC, IT, or others.
- Proven ability to perform extensive market research to identify and attract niche talent.
- **Internal hiring experience** is a must; prior agency experience will not be considered.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Employment Type**: Hybrid (Work from Office in Bandra and remote flexibility).
