**Job Title: Production In charge / Floor Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and improve production processes to enhance product quality.
- Directly supervise hourly production and ensure the timely completion of projects.
- Plan and direct production work, as per drawing, and assign tasks to team leaders.
- Supervise skilled and semi-skilled employees in sheet metal production activities.
- Review drawings of projects to be constructed.
- Maintain good communication with project leaders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of production plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze and report on production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the production team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial product & office interior.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of wooden work & interior projects production processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
