Job Title Store Incharge Salary 30 000 CTC per month or as applicable based on your 30 CTC reference Experience 4 to 6 years in Injection Molding Industry Qualification Graduate Location Add location here if needed Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Store Incharge with a background in the injection molding industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all store operations including inventory control staff supervision and ensuring efficient materials handling The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the store ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies Manage and maintain inventory accuracy stock levels and reorder points Coordinate with the production and procurement departments for timely availability of materials Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward stock movements Supervise and schedule store staff evaluate performance and ensure team productivity Implement effective inventory control procedures and conduct regular stock audits Ensure compliance with safety standards and store cleanliness Monitor material usage and minimize wastage Generate regular reports on inventory status stock discrepancies and staff performance Skills Required Strong experience in inventory management and store operations Knowledge of injection molding materials and process flow Excellent team management and leadership skills Proficiency in using ERP systems or inventory management software Good communication organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience Inventory management 3 years Required staff supervision 3 years Required supervise store staff 3 years Required Work Location In person
