We are looking for an experienced Production & Shift Incharge to manage production operations and supervise shifts at our Greater Noida factory. The role requires strong leadership, process management, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise production and shift activities.
  • Ensure production schedules are met on time.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and quality control in line with FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP guidelines.
  • Allocate manpower, manage workers, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
  • Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
  • Keep accurate records of production, wastage, and shift reports.
  • Train staff and implement continuous improvement practices.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production/shift handling (Food Industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and food safety standards.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Graduate/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical, or related field (preferred).
  • Willing to work in shifts.
