**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input and update student information, attendance, and performance data in the database.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of all data entries and maintain data integrity.
- Generate reports related to student progress and course effectiveness as required.
- Assist in managing online resources and databases related to study materials and course content.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to support data-related needs and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and institutional information.

**Qualifications & Skills required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Operator or in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Knowledge of data entry best practices and educational data management.
- Experience with CRM or student management software.
