We are looking for a **Data Center Operator** to join our dynamic team. As a Data Center Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and monitoring of our data center infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of servers, network equipment, and storage systems, while troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the status of servers, network systems, and other hardware within the data center.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure all systems are running optimally.
- Respond to system alerts, perform diagnostics, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software in the data center.
- Perform routine backups and manage data recovery operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols in the data center.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment maintenance, downtime, and system performance.
- Assist with the setup of new servers and networking equipment.
- Ensure the physical security of the data center, monitoring access points and ensuring proper clearance for authorized personnel.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and optimize existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and escalate when necessary.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all systems and hardware.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven experience in data center operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, servers, networking equipment, and storage systems.
- Familiarity with server operating systems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data center standards, such as uptime, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, when required.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
