If you have recently completed your B.Sc. in Computers or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering and hold course completion certificates or international certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, ect, this is the right platform to launch your career in enterprise IT infrastructure.

Job Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Engineer-Data Center Operations, based in Bengaluru. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for daily data center operations, troubleshooting, providing technical support, and maintaining data center infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the reliability and efficiency of data center systems and infrastructure.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Computers or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering (or equivalent degree).
  • Preferred Certifications: One or more international course completion certificate such as 
    MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing day-to-day data center operations.
  • Handle first-level troubleshooting for servers, network devices, and storage systems.
  • Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for maintenance, patching, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data center standards, documentation, and shift operations.
