Summary:
As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for **chasing outstanding debts, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving collection targets**. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.

A finance collection executive's job description includes:

- **Contacting customers**: Following up on payments, sending reminders, and contacting customers to verify their details
- **Negotiating payment plans**: Working with customers to negotiate payment terms and installments
- **Maintaining records**: Keeping records of payments, communications, and attempted contacts
- **Reporting**: Submitting regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress
- **Adhering to laws**: Following financial laws and the Privacy Act
- **Escalating issues**: Escalating calls to managers when necessary
- **Initiating legal action**: Taking legal action if debt recovery plans fail

Note : Accounting Busy Software knowledge is must.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary : 15990/ 19990/
