Responsibilities include contacting individuals or businesses to collect overdue payments, maintaining records of outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and handling related financial transactions. The role also involves preparing financial reports on collections and adhering to company protocols while building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and compliance.QualificationsProficient in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practicesStrong Communication skills for effective client interactionBasic to intermediate Computer Literacy for record-keeping and reportingKnowledge of Finance and accounting principles related to debt recoveryAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience in a collections or financial role beneficialCTC offered - ₹2L- ₹3L
