Responsibilities include contacting individuals or businesses to collect overdue payments, maintaining records of outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans, and handling related financial transactions. The role also involves preparing financial reports on collections and adhering to company protocols while building strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments and compliance.Qualifications Proficient in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practices Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy for record-keeping and reporting Knowledge of Finance and accounting principles related to debt recovery Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in a collections or financial role beneficialCTC offered - ₹2L- ₹3L
