- Responsibilities:_
- Responsible for performing backend claims support activities like Document Indexing, Claim Payments, setting up FNOLs & Schedule Independent Medical Examinations._
- _Accurately analyze invoices & make payments to Vendors & Insureds on a claim._
- _Accurately identify keywords on a claim related document & Index the documents to an appropriate claim_
- _Accurately analyze & set up new assignments for Independent Medical Examinations_
- _Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met_
- _Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics_
- _Provide accurate process reports on a timely basis_
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualification_
- _BBA/ BA (Any Non-Technical Graduate)_
- Preferred Skill Set_
- _Strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills_
- _General Insurance understanding_
- _Good interpersonal skills_
- _Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook E-mail, Excel_
- _Preferably experienced in Insurance Claims_
- _Skilled in computer navigation and avverage keyboarding speed with high accuracy_
- _Data gathering, logic, and numerical ability_
