- Responsibilities_
- _Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution._
- _Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis_
- _Responsible to demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, teamwork, accountability, initiative and innovation._
- _Required to demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and investigation / negotiation skills_
- _Responsible to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_
- _Responsible for handling claims/queries_
- _Working knowledge of claims or settlements & claims processing._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Freshers are eligible_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good knowledge of using Excel, MS Access Database_
- _Proficient in English language
- both written and oral_
- _Insurance client experience will be an added advantage_
