- Responsibilities:_
- _Ability to draw accurate data selection from claim documents, attention to detail imperative, previous experience of claims strongly preferred_
- _Review, quality control and amendment where necessary of cause of loss and loss location data contained within our claims systems across all lines of business_
- _Provide expertise or general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing, and adjusting claims_
- _Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards_
- _Authorize the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review_
- _Conduct data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary_
- _Consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals that are aligned with corporate objectives_
- _Ability to consistently meet cycle time/productivity goals_
- _Examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards_
- Qualifications we seek in you_

- Minimum qualifications_
- _Graduate from a recognized university_
- _Relevant experience in P&C claims processing_
- _Ability to communicate efficiently & effectively, both verbally and in writing_
- _Good at MS Office_

- Preferred qualifications_
- _Analyze processes and procedures and identify errors or inconsistencies_
- _Knowledge of different P&C insurance process and procedure_
