- _Examine claims documents received;_
- _Examine documents to determine any required adjustments;_
- _Ensure timely and accurate processing of claim documents, including claim payments and claims setup, sending of acknowledgement letters, and other non-core claims processes;_
- _Identify potential claims to be escalated and refer to appropriate personnel;_
- _Remain abreast of company and industry changes as well as changes in internal processes and procedures;_
- _Taking over various ad hoc tasks;_
- _Carrying out training for new colleagues;_
- _Audit for the new colleagues on the process;_
- _Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;_
- _Updating the working procedures periodically;_
- _Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;_
- _Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;_
- _Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager;_
- Minimum Qualifications /Skills_
- _Bachelor’s degree_
- _Very good knowledge of English, B2_
- _Graduate / Post-graduate in Business Management or similar_
- _Anti-money laundering relevant certifications are nice to have_
- _Good Excel, MS Access, Power Point skills, word and experience in VBA will be an added advantage_
- _Previous working experience on any AML/ KYC tools is an advantage_
- _Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines_
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time;_
- _Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus;_
- _Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus_
- _Strategic thinking and planning_
