**Responsibilities**
- Research and analyze possible markets, industries, and clients to identify and develop new business prospects.
- Create and build good relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and giving appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure that both the company and the clients benefit.
- Develop customised proposals, project estimates, and project plans in collaboration with the technical team.
- Execute daily targets and contribute to the company's overall growth and revenue goals.
- Provide the management team with regular reports and updates on sales efforts, pipeline, and market trends.
- Maintain a competitive edge by staying up to current on industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical clients.
- Proficient knowledge in using **freelance, PPH, fibre and Upwork.**:
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
