Greetings **Post - Performance Marketer** **Google/Meta Ads (Ecomm/Lead Generation)** Experience - 1- 5 Years Job Location: Mohali **Job description** We're looking for a talented Google/Meta Ads (Ecomm/Lead Generation) Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including: **- Google Ads** **- LinkedIn Ads** **- Meta Ads** **- Keyword Planning** **Role Overview: -** - Preliminary product research, keyword research and implementing them organically and inorganically - Responsible for day-to-day marketplace activities (including Amazon and Flipkart Ads). Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spends, etc. - Plan, create and manage Amazon sponsored ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Stores, Video ads etc) campaigns on Amazon Seller Central by formulating strategies and road map for successful delivery of PPC campaigns - Provide strategic insights on the campaign performance. Staying on top of current search trends, competition and pay-per-click best practices - Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights into further sales and marketing opportunities, - Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy for the marketplace, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership on marketing performance, insights, and proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or online marketplaces. - Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure alignment with overall business goals. - Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets. - Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. - Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan. Developing and managing digital prospecting and re-marketing campaigns. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
