*Job Description:*

BAOIAM is seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM to join our team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management system and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Implement and customize CRM software to meet the organization's needs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Train staff on CRM software and best practices for customer relationship management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience developing and implementing customer engagement strategies preferred.
- Certifications in CRM software and/or project management are a plus.
