**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **building materials**to contractors, builders, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
- Provide reports on sales, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Conduct site visits, product demos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to address customer queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, preferably in **building materials or construction.**:

- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for field sales.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences in **Krishnagiri.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Admin, or related field (preferred but not required).**:

- Experience selling **building materials**(e.g., cement, steel, tiles) is an advantage.

**Note**:This is a field sales role requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
