**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

**Pre-Sales Activities**:

- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) for effective lead tracking.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property visits, and sales appointments.
- Provide basic property details and initial consultation to potential buyers.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist the sales team with documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle office coordination, inventory management, and vendor communication.
- Ensure smooth office operations and client service.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Minimum **1 year** of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
