**Job Overview**

As a **Customer Relationship Executive**, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our office or reaching out via phone. Your role will involve welcoming clients, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting our sales team to deliver a seamless client experience. If you're passionate about communication, hospitality, and real estate - this is the perfect role for you

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Manage the full sales pipeline**: Identify and qualify new business leads, build relationships with walk-in and inbound clients, and maintain regular follow-ups.
- **Conduct Demos and Presentations**: Showcase smart home automation systems and property features to prospective buyers/partners, tailoring each demo to client needs for maximum impact.
- **Coordinate Site Visits**: Arrange and guide site/property tours, ensuring a seamless experience for every client.
- **Client Communication**: Respond promptly to all client inquiries, document interactions, and support the customer journey from initial interest to final handover.
- **Support Sales Closures**: Smoothly transition qualified leads to the closing team by briefing them on client requirements and expectations.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in pre-sales, business development, or customer-facing sales (experience in home automation, real estate, or edtech preferred).
- **Education**: Graduate from any discipline.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, strong convincing ability, public speaking, client management, organization, and presentation skills.
- **Personality**: Positive attitude, cool under pressure, self-driven, and ready to visit sites within Pune as needed.
- **Languages**: English (required), Hindi and/or Marathi (preferred).
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Day Shift
