**Job Title**: Front Office Coordinator

**Age Range**: 22-30 years
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- **Visitor Handling & Coordination**:
- Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor experience.
- Offer refreshments and assist guests as required.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Support other departments with scheduling and coordination needs.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- **Communication & Presentation**:
- Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
- Manage basic correspondence and assist in company communication tasks.
- **Office Coordination**:
- Assist HR/Admin team in coordinating interviews and appointments.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for senior executives if needed.
- Ensure front office processes and protocols are followed.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum1 year of experience in front office, reception, or guest relations roles.
- **Appearance**: Must be well-groomed, confident, and carry a professional, pleasant demeanor.
- **Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- **Others**:
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- Punctual and reliable
- Must include a **recent professional photo** in the resume
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
