Front Office Co-ordinator

**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring it is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
**Administrative Support**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with various administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with preparing and sending outgoing mail, including packages and documents.
**Customer Service**:
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain records and files, ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures as necessary.
**Coordination and Communication**:
- Communicate with internal staff to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
- Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
