**Job Title: IT, Recruitment & Operations Executive ( ONLY MALE )**

**Location - Powai Mumbai**

**Years of experience - 3 to 4 yrs**

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage IT support, recruitment processes, and day-to-day operations. The role involves handling system maintenance and tech support, coordinating end-to-end hiring, and streamlining office operations for efficient workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide basic IT support and coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
- Manage recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee administrative tasks, documentation, and general office operations.
- Maintain databases and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth internal processes.

**Skills Required**:

- Basic IT knowledge (hardware/software troubleshooting)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in recruitment (job portals, interviews, onboarding)
- Operations or admin management experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
