**Job Title: CNC Operator cum Setter (Night Shift)**

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machinery to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and cutting.
- Review blueprints, drawings, or job orders to understand specifications of the desired product.
- Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning fixtures, tools, and attachments according to job specifications.
- Load materials into CNC machines and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines and make adjustments as necessary to maintain productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met within specified deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator cum Setter for minimum 3+ years or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
- Ability to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Shift - Night Shift (12 hours)

Job Location - Mira Road

Salary - Upto 18000/- p.m

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
