CNC SETTER cum SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

Setter/Supervisor.

Post CNC SETTER

Qualification 12th/ITI/Any Graduation

Experience 5-6 Years

Reporting to CNC Prgrammer

Reportee Team of 18-20 operators

Machines to Handle LMW Smart turn, Jyoti Dx60, Ace VMC MCV-350, Citizen L32 & A20. (Total 20 Machines)

Duty Time 10 Hrs Shift (Day and Night). Those not willing to work in night shift don’t apply.

To make sure parts are produced as per cycle time on machine as well as parts are produced as per

Brief Scope of Job quality standards defined by the customer. To maintain Shift OEE as per given target.

You will be responsible for Shift handling for CNC department.

Man power handling and give them on job training

To do Setting on machines as per PPC department requirement.

To work on fanuc,Siemens controller of CNC,VMC & Sliding head machines.

To follow the progress of production plan & supply of plan material on day-to-day basis to all CNC machines.

Initiations of all Audit related activities 5s,daily required document on machine Etc.

First Piece/ In process Inspection report fillup & Record Preservation

You will be the responsible for to maintain machine health.

You will be the responsible for daily machine health report checking & controlling the same as per company norms

Minor maintenance of the Machines to look into it as & when required.

You will be the responsible for daily shift OEE & PPM of CNC department & expect continuous improvement on the same.

You will be the responsible for CNC departments stock as well as consumption of
Roles & Responsibilities tooling,Gauges,Machine spares etc.

Monthly stock taking for WIP parts & updation.

Maintain 5S in the shop floor.

Responsible for shift safety related concern.

You will be responsible for CNC department WIP material movement for next process

Maintain tagging in WIP material on machine

Reporting to CNC Programer & department head on daily basis.

To maintain the Given Norms decided by the Company.

Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

Improving manpower efficiency and managing waste.

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of quality issues.

Excellent organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and obtain results working within strict time frames.

IATF 16949:2016 documentation(Production & Maintainance)

Training to operator.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
