**Role Overview**: As a Client Servicing Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their issues are resolved promptly. Your role is important in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience, and supporting our overall business objectives.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, participate in campaign planning, and oversee the management of campaigns, while regularly evaluating and proposing solutions to enhance the brand's positioning.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the strategies devised for the accounts under your supervision.

Formulate monthly digital marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, based on client briefs.

Preserve and enhance the design aesthetics of the brand, consistently striving to elevate its imagery.

Implement strategies effectively and within established timelines.

Set project timelines according to brand priorities, managing client expectations by providing timely updates on various activities. - Report on brand performance to clients as outlined in the agreed-upon scope.

Gather regular feedback from clients regarding the quality of work and areas for improvement.

Identify insights from reports and incorporate suggestions into the overall strategy.

Monitor and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for assigned brands, following Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) or quarterly planning activities.

Identify opportunities for providing integrated services to existing clients.

Plan and contribute to the implementation of integrated strategies for brands, aiming to drive business value.

Act as the primary custodian for the brand in integrated accounts.

Identify opportunities within the teams to take on additional business/projects

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2/3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role. Clear understanding and experience in the domain of social media and working knowledge of technical aspects of digital marketing is required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A client-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
