**Job Title: HR cum Admission Counselor**

**Experience**:6 months to 1 year
**Location**: Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 9:45 AM to 6:00 PM
**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for various roles within the organization.
- Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee engagement activities and performance management.

**Admissions Counseling**:

- Provide guidance and support to students regarding MBBS admissions to universities abroad.
- Conduct counseling sessions for students and parents to help them understand admission procedures, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with university representatives to ensure smooth admissions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and admissions counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of international admissions processes is a plus.
