**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and manage financial risk, including liquidity and capital structure.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Lead fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with investors, banks, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
- Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives across the organization.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior finance leadership role.
- **Minimum of 6 years of continuous experience in a single company**, demonstrating commitment, stability, and depth of organizational knowledge.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and investment management is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
