We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer with a Chartered Accountant qualification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting complex financial analysis, providing strategic insights, and supporting key financial decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to evaluate financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial projections.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, trends, and metrics to provide actionable recommendations for management.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies, long-term financial planning, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial information for business cases and investment proposals.
- Monitor key financial indicators and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify potential opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Chartered Accountant qualification is essential.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Salary**: From ₹960,000.00 per year
