Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. In addition, they are often involved in the development of a financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system.

**Required Skills**:

- CA/MCOM/CMA/MBA - Minimum 5 years experience as CFO in any Manufacturing Company
- Excellent knowledge of corporate financial law
- Hands-on experience with risk management
- At least 2 years at No. 2 Position or 5 years at no 3 position in a Rs. 500 - 1500cr. Group turnover.
- Varied experience of working in professional & family owned companies.

Job Descriptions:

- Manage the company’s financial planning
- Plan and perform risk management duties
- Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies

balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Determine finance KPIs
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
- Works with the Chairman and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
- Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers
- Manage and retain relationships with various vendors
- Prepare and present forecasting reports
- Adhere to the law and company’s policies
- Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods.
- Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
- Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
- Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas
- Manage fundraising plans and capital structure
- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
