**Title: Chief Financial Officer**

**Location**: ERNAKULAM

We're seeking an experienced CFO to oversee our financial systems, ensuring they align with our growth trajectory and strategic goals. The CFO will have a profound impact on our operations, driving financial analysis, strategy, and growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, while shaping the company's financial strategy
- Coordinate the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and conduct cost analysis and pricing strategies
- Ensure cash flow is optimized by overseeing accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities
- Develop tools for a well-controlled yet flexible organization, emphasizing fiscal management, project coordination, and cross-team communications
- Comply with financial regulations by staying updated on legislation and taking necessary actions
- Conduct detailed cost analysis for each product, evaluating expenses and margins to inform pricing strategies
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies for products, considering market dynamics, competition, and cost structures
- Evaluate organizational performance at intervals, adjust budgets accordingly, and strategize for future financial health
- Coordinate and communicate with investors and stakeholders, providing necessary reports and insights to support informed decision-making

**Key Duties**:

- Collaborate with senior managers to develop budget proposals and offer project finance information, ensuring compliance and effective communication
- Perform in-depth cost analysis and pricing strategies to optimize financial performance
- Periodically evaluate the company's performance, utilizing variance analysis to assess and manage financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Engage with investors and stakeholders, providing detailed reports and insights to support financial decisions

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Exceptional leadership skills, integrity, and a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and visual
- Advanced knowledge of accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Experience in non-traditional capital-raising methods

**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance (or equivalent experience)
- International finance exposure and mergers and acquisitions experience
- Executive experience with SaaS business models and revenue recognition
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA)

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
