Job title: Maintenance Executive

Grade: M6

Qualification: B.Tech/ Diploma in Engineering

Location: Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Industry: Hotel/Retail/Malls/Good Cinema Chain

Competencies: Proficiency in using MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring that utility consumptionof the sites are within budget and commensurate to the occupancy/Business.
- Responsible to see whether & M Expenses are within budget commensurate to the occupancy/Business.
- Responsible for handling inspections from Govt. Authorities.
- Responsible to score above the benchmarks on Quality Audit Scores for the designated sites.
- Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and AMC Scheduling of the sites.
- Responsible to Handling billing process and ensure timely payment to agencies.
- Responsible for Documentation
- to assist RGM engineering on preparation of returns, reports.
- Responsible for conducting training for engineering personnel, knowledge and skills update.
- Comply with policies and procedures to ensure safety of guests and employees
- Handle internal and external Audit (govt. Inspection)
