A **Maintenance Executive** in a **civil housing site**manages and coordinates all maintenance-related activities to ensure the building's functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. They oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventative Maintenance**:Implement and manage a maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns and ensure equipment longevity.
- **Corrective Maintenance**:Respond to and resolve maintenance issues promptly, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- **Budget Management**:Oversee and control the maintenance budget, including purchasing supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- **Contractor and Vendor Management**:Coordinate and supervise work performed by external contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and policies.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Communicate effectively with residents, management, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance needs and issues.
- **Project Management**:Manage small to medium-sized maintenance projects, including repairs, renovations, and improvements.
- **Problem Solving**:Identify and diagnose maintenance problems, develop solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize efficiency.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
