**Key Responsibilities:Maintenance and Repair**:

- Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for dumpers, pay-loaders, JCBs, and Trommel machinery.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in vehicles and equipment.
- Supervise and execute on-site repairs and coordinate off-site servicing when required.

**Operations and Performance Management**:

- Ensure Trommel equipment is operating at optimal efficiency for waste segregation and processing.
- Oversee the functionality and availability of vehicles for daily operations, including waste collection, transfer, and site maintenance.
- Work closely with operators to identify recurring issues and implement solutions.

**Inventory and Vendor Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels for spare parts, tools, and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the procurement of genuine spare parts and specialized repair services.
- Optimize costs while ensuring high-quality maintenance and repairs.

**Team Management**:

- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians, ensuring efficient task allocation and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members for handling complex repairs and machinery.
- Evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education**:

- Certification in heavy machinery maintenance or fleet management is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in vehicle and heavy machinery maintenance, with specific expertise in dumpers, pay-loaders, JCBs, and trommels.
- Prior experience in waste management or industrial operations is preferred.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components in heavy vehicles and equipment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing repairs.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software or tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams, vendors, and management.

**Key Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of Trommel machinery operations and maintenance.
- Expertise in managing the maintenance and operation of heavy vehicles like dumpers, pay-loaders, and JCBs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

**Work Environment**:

- The role is based at the SWM site, requiring hands-on involvement in maintenance activities.
- Exposure to challenging working conditions, including waste processing environments and outdoor operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
