**Job Overview**The Maintenance Manager position plays a vital role in supporting the maintenance department and ensuring smooth facility operations.This key role involves administrating complete management of engineering, electrical, and civil maintenance activities for the facility.**Key Responsibilities**
  • Support maintenance planning and execution, including warranty jobs.
  • Supervise maintenance activities for electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment.
  • Manage spare part planning, monitoring, and technical confirmation.
  • Conduct safety inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Create and implement preventive maintenance documents and schedules for equipment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and rail siding equipment maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to plan and manage preventive maintenance and repair activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and complex written information.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and vendor coordination.
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and their application to maintenance.
