- written and verbal -Professional demeaner -Great customer service skills Roles and Responsibilities Front Desk Operations: -Answerand route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. -Greet visitors, vendors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. -Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Visitor Management: -Register visitor entries with the building. -Coordinate visitor schedules and inform relevant employees of visitor arrivals. Mail and Packages: -Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. -Coordinate outgoing courier services, ensuring timely dispatch. -Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing deliveries. Employee Queries and Support: -Address general employee queries related to office services or provide redirection to appropriate teams. -Actasapoint of contact for minor administrative issues. Office Coordination: -Coordinate with RedBrick on housekeeping needs to ensure cleanliness of office areas. -Provide Addepar Workplace Operations team member with administrative support Health & Safety and Security: -Ensure adherence to office security, and health & safety policies for visitors and employees
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
