The Dedicated Account Representative is encouraged to exhibit skills in the following areas:
**What You’ll do on a Typical Day**:
- Effectively implement multi
- work stream engagements, priorities client requests and work objectives demonstrating appropriate project management methodologies and tools such as project plans and issue logs.
Builds deliverables within established engagement scope, quality standards and time frames.
Continual analysis of monthly reporting to highlight opportunities with focus on policy adherence
Outstanding social skills, listening ability and written presentation skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner.
Builds strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Demonstrates American Express and available industry tools and solutions to develop outstanding deliverables and standard processes
BAR Updates, OBT Updates, SFDC Management & Raising cases etc.
Customer Service point of contact - agency, airline, hotel, car rental bookings, car service outside of India
Local hotel support - cultivate local relationships on behalf of BlackRock
Onboarding support of new employees
Point of contact for GAIN / Travel arrangers/admins
**What We’re looking for**:
Minimum 4 years of experience and consistent record in the air travel industry or relevant field, showing skill in data analysis and a deep understanding of factors that impact travel decisions, such as Advance Purchase, hotel adoption, online usage, and sourcing strategies.
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze complex data sets evaluate alternatives and develop insights and recommended client solutions.
Strong communication skills that should include internal and external presentation development and delivery.
Strong client service orientation.
Ability to interact efficiently with people at all levels within a team or client organization
Deep knowledge of the Market Landscape
Support the Global Program - No local practices
Great communication skills verbal/written.
100% in office, no virtual.
