A Telecaller in the solar industry makes outbound calls to potential customers, informs them about solar products and services, generates leads, and schedules appointments for the sales team. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, answering basic queries, maintaining customer databases with call logs, and meeting daily targets. Essential skills are excellent verbal communication, sales-oriented communication, and the ability to handle customer objections and maintain records in a CRM system. Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound Calling**:Proactively contact potential customers using provided leads and scripts to introduce the company's solar products and services.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:Explain product features, benefits, and basic pricing information to generate interest and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:Handle incoming calls, address customer queries, resolve complaints, and build rapport with potential clients.
- **Database Management**:Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up calls in the company's customer database.
- **Reporting**:Keep detailed call logs and provide daily reports to the team lead on call progress and lead conversion activities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for lead generation and conversion.

- **Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and communication skills to effectively explain complex information and persuade potential customers.
- **Product Knowledge**:A thorough understanding of solar products, services, and pricing to answer customer questions accurately.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:Ability to generate leads, influence prospects, and negotiate effectively to secure appointments.
- **Customer Service**:Patience and professionalism in handling customer queries, concerns, and complaints.
- **Data Entry**:Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and call records accurately.
- **CRM Software**:Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a significant advantage.
