As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission, driving sales and building relationships with MSMEs and homeowners to promote solar adoption.

Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying potential leads, engaging with customers, and closing deals to promote solar energy solutions. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to make a positive impact on the environment, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue leads to promote solar adoption among MSMEs and homeowners.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Present and demonstrate solar energy solutions to potential customers.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in sales or a strong willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of solar energy solutions is a plus.

Own transportation for local commuting (Two Wheeler).
