**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Workday PMs who have good knowledge on Payroll and Time & Attendance
- Lead the planning and execution of Workday Finance HCM Time Tracking and HCM Payroll projects.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise in Workday solutions to support business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of best practices for Workday project management.
- Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Workday solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical skills in Workday Finance Workday HCM Time Tracking and Workday HCM Payroll.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Show proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Have a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to Workday solutions.
- Possess the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Have experience in providing training and support to team members and end-users.
- Show strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices in Workday project management.
