Workday - Integration

As a Technical Consultant / Lead, you will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts, serve as a key member of the Digital Technology team participating in HR digital projects, integration Development and working with HR leads, Technical Product Managers, corporate and business unit teams and third parties, to orchestrate digital solutions in using Workday HCM.
You will be involved leading validation for all types of testing and support activities related to Workday Application Maintenance and Support, Transition, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
2. At least 8+ years of overall IT experience and 3-4 years of relevant Workday experience in Workday HCM (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Benefits and Absence) projects in Development / Maintenance / Implementation space

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge in Workday integration tools such as Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Core / Cloud Connect, PECI / PICOF etc.
2. Knowledge in Calculated Fields / XML / XSLT / SOAP / Web services
3. Hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security and BIRT Reporting
4. Workday Certified in Integrations - Core, Studio etc. (Desirable not Mandatory)
5. Experience managing medium size team would be a plus.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Work Location: Bangalore/chennai/HYB/Mumbai/Pune/Trivandram
