Telephone sales representatives, often known as "Telemarketers," are responsible for making cold calls to potential customers on behalf of a company's offerings in the marketplace. Customers' contact lists are managed, value propositions are explained and payment information is provided as some of their duties in this position. THIS IS MOSTLY A COMMISSION-ONLY OPPORTUNITY, WITH VERY BASIC FIXED ALLOWANCES, IF ANY. ONLY SUPREMELY TALENTED TELESALES AND TELEMARKETERS MAY APPLY. THIS UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY IS FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ASPIRATIONS TO MAKE AT LEAST 6 DIGITS IN COMMISSIONS ON A MONTHLY BASIS. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Advocating for a company's products or services by delivering sales pitches, and scripts. - Answering consumer questions about products and services, as well as providing pricing information - Keeping track of consumer interactions - Keeping a list of clients who have been contacted and those who do not wish to be contacted in the future - Gathering customer data in a way that is both professional and straightforward. - Prospecting for new business with past clients QUALIFICATIONS College Degree is beneficial (but not a must) Good language skills (Hindi or English is a must). Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. Basic Sales or Telemarketing experience is required (can be from any industry) Persistent, with a Highly Motivated, "Can-do" attitude, is a must **Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred) **Experience**: - telesales executive: 1 year (preferred) - Sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
