**Job Role**:
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**Work location**:
Remote

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who is experienced in working with B2B products and who possesses both technical expertise and a strong background.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Technical Leadership**:Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the organization, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and objectives. Ensuring effective utilization of technology and data-driven strategies to achieve goals.

2. **Software Product Development**:Lead and manage the software product development lifecycle, including ideation, planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

3. **Low Code/No Code Tools**:Explore, evaluate, and implement low code and no code tools and platforms to accelerate the development process and enhance productivity.

4. **AI-Driven Products**:Drive the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into our software products, leveraging machine learning algorithms, natural language processing

(NLP) algorithms, and other AI-driven capabilities.

5. **Full Stack Experience**:Utilize your expertise in full-stack development to guide and support the development team in building robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

6. **Technology Strategy**:Develop and execute the technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall business objectives and supports future growth.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution. A higher degree is a plus.

2. At least 5 years of proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role, preferably with a product company.

3. Strong knowledge and practical experience with AI-driven products, machine learning algorithms, and NLP algorithms.

4. Full stack development experience with proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.

5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse group of technology professionals.

6. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions in complex and dynamic environments.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

**Salary**: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
