**Responsibilities**:
Strategy and Planning:

- Specific duties include leading the strategy for technology platforms as well as building and managing the technology team.

Implementation:

- Select and manage company staff or outsourced vendors who will implement a design that is most user efficient, robust and scalable.
- Establish technical standards and supervise software testing, information systems security and maintenance.
- Implement eCommerce site.

**Requirement**:

- Experienced (5 years+) and adept in all layers of Web Stack (or software stack) including Frontend and Backend.
- Must have developed an eCommerce site before
- Must be from consumer based e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated previous experience in handling a technology team with the reporting employees working on all levels of software stack. Please provide link to your previous product if available in public domain).
- BTech/B.E only from tier 1

**Personal Attributes**:

- Interest to create a mark in the sports Industry or passion for sports and fashion and eCommerce in India is desirable
- Startup Attitude and a passion for working with Startups is a must.
- Should be relatively young. Initial period will involve longer hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,000,000.00 per year
