**Job Role: Chief Information Officer**

**Years of Experience required: 15 - 20 Years**

**Work Location: Gurgaon**

**Requirements**:
Chief Information Officer who will develop, plan, and implement an information technology (IT) strategy that meets the company’s business needs, delivers optimal return on investment, and maintains utmost security.

**Position Purpose**: Responsible for leading the Information Technology initiatives Responsible for building technology-based processes for the rapidly growing business. Responsible for accelerating the company’s digital transformation process and strengthen its leadership position as a technology led financial services organization.

**Technical Competencies**: Oracle Database, Oracle Forms & Reports Microsoft windows server Firewall Checkpoint. Endpoint Protection tool like Bitdefender Project Management and related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Behavioral Competencies**: Ability to work with the leadership team to drive the IT agenda Good presentation skills Analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Empathetic and Quick learner

**Education & Experience**: Qualification Computer Engineer (or equivalent) Experience - Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a team/project leader
