Job Title**:Ticketing Executive (International and Domestic flights)**

Location**:Andheri East, Mumbai**

Salary**:Up to 5.5 LPA**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize extensive knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo and LCC's to perform tasks such as PNR creation, fare construction, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellation, date changes, refunds, upgrades, and rerouting.

3. Assist clients with booking accommodations, travel insurance, and visa requirements as needed.

4. Manage web check-ins and seat allocations to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

5. Demonstrate fluency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a travel company, with a focus on handling corporate clients.

3. Proficiency in Amadeus/Galileo and LCC's is essential.

4. Strong understanding of ticketing procedures for domestic and international travel sectors.

5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality service delivery.
