**Organizing Files**: Maintaining both paper and electronic filing systems.

**Coordinating Meetings**: Scheduling meeting rooms and preparing necessary materials.

**Travel Arrangements**: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff.

**Supervising Staff**: Overseeing administrative staff and ensuring smooth office operations.

**Maintaining Office Equipment**: Ensuring office equipment is in good working order and coordinating repairs when needed.

**Assisting with Events**: Helping to organize and coordinate company events.

**Budgeting and Invoicing**: Assisting with budget preparation and invoicing.

**Data Entry**: Maintaining accurate records and updating databases.
