**Job Description**:
*Bench sales
- Responsible for sourcing, managing, and placing IT consultants on various projects with clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with consultants and clients to meet staffing needs.
- Negotiating rates and terms to secure successful placements.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client requirements
*Staff Augmentation:
- Sourcing Talent: Identify and recruit IT professionals across various domains to meet client
demands.

- Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide
tailored solutions.
- Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, from negotiation to closure.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their workforce
needs.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions to ensure favourable
- Compliance: Ensure all placements adhere to legal and industry regulations.
*Vendor management:
- Streamline the onboarding process for new C2C vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Negotiate and finalise C2C contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company standards and legal requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing C2C vendors, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
*Project Acquisition:
- Engaged in active networking by attending industry events, conferences, and online forums to explore project opportunities.
- Leveraged freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) to showcase skills and attract project based work.
- Actively participated in professional groups and communities, collaborating on open-source projects and contributing to industry initiatives.
- Demonstrated initiative by creating personal projects to address industry challenges and
showcase expertise.
- Engaged with mentors, advisors, and industry-specific networks to seek guidance and identify potential project collaborations.
