A leading **Sports Academy** in Mumbai is looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to join their team ASAP
- **We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator in Mumbai. The Operations Coordinator’s responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including managing daily operations, coordinating marketing campaigns, customer service, and supporting the overall growth and success of the Sports center.**_

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.

**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**_
- Conduct a market analysis: research the demand for gymnastics and determine the potential market for the expansion.
- **Operations Management**_
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring the facility is well
- maintained and meets safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality of services.
- **Customer Service**_
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all center patrons, including parents, athletes, and visitors.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfactions.
- **Marketing and Promotions**_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- **Event Planning**_
- Assist in planning and organizing gymnastics events, competitions, and showcases to showcase the talents of athletes and promote the center.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
- **Financial Management**_
- Support financial aspects of the center, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and revenue generation.
- Assist in analyzing financial reports and making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
